5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer.

We shall be fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

For other damages, we shall only be liable in cases of intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

All content, designs, images, and graphics in our shop are protected by copyright.

Any use, reproduction, or distribution without our express consent is prohibited.

 

12. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

 

13. Final Provisions

If any individual provision of these General Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
